Production Notes: Harvested from Lazy River Vineyard near Carlton, Oregon, the Pinot Gris clusters were destemmed and cold-soaked with the skins for 72 hours before pressing into barrel and fermented in neutral oak – resulting in a beautiful rosé hue. The cooperage is tight grain French oak, all neutral barrels. The wine was aged on lees for 6 months before bottling.
